Lamb Deposit

Local pasture raised lamb available for late July (limited available) and late August 2024. Place a deposit for your half or whole lamb now. 

How much does it cost?

Half lamb price - $11.50/lb hanging weight. No additional butcher fee.

Whole lamb price - $11.25/lb hanging weight. No additional butcher fee.

*Approx. hanging weight of our WHOLE lamb in July will be 40-60lbs.

What is included?

We provide standard butcher’s cuts for half/whole lamb which includes:

Leg Roast, Shoulder Roast, Arm Roast, Bone-in Chops, Rack Roast, Steaks, Shanks and Ground Lamb.

How do I purchase?

Place your deposit online. The deposit will be subtracted from your final total.

The final total will be due at time of pick up, once we know the hanging weight of your lamb.

Can I purchase individual cuts?

We will have some individual lamb cuts available at our Vernon storefront fresh/frozen come end of July. However, this will be limited. We recommend placing a pre-order by emailing us at yfmeats@gmail.com.
