Local pasture raised grass fed and finished lamb. Place a deposit for your half or whole lamb now.
How much does it cost?
Half lamb price - $11.50/lb hanging weight. No additional butcher fees or taxes.
Whole lamb price - $11.25/lb hanging weight. No additional butcher fees taxes.
*Approx. hanging weight of our WHOLE lamb will be 40-60lbs.
What is included?
We provide standard butcher’s cuts for half/whole lamb which includes:
Leg Roast, Shoulder Roast, Arm Roast, Bone-in Chops, Rack Roast, Steaks, Shanks and Ground Lamb.
How do I purchase?
Place your deposit online. The deposit will be subtracted from your final total.
The final total will be due at time of pick up, once we know the hanging weight of your lamb.
Can I purchase individual cuts?
We will have some individual lamb cuts available at our Vernon storefront fresh/frozen. We recommend placing a pre-order by emailing us at yfmeats@gmail.com.
Keep in mind you will also saving by purchasing a half/whole lamb vs. buying individual cuts.
