- Buy half or whole animal

- Custom cut sheet provided (bacon, hams, sausages included!)
- 3–6 week turnaround
For Lamb:
- Pasture-raised, grass-fed & finished by the Sidwell family in Lumby, BC
- Hormone & antibiotic-free
