Eighth of A Beef Deposit

Place $100 deposit, for our $700 eighth of a beef pack. Due to high demand, we are now taking deposits for 2026.

An eighth of a beef pack (approx. 50lbs of beef cuts) offers a great way to save on bulk beef (over 10% in savings!) without needing large amounts of freezer storage or a large upfront investment. Our eighth of a beef pack is a pack that is our best representation of a small eighth of a beef. You will not be able to choose your cuts, this pack comes with standard cuts that includes the following: 

• 2 Ribeye Steaks
• 4 Striploin Steaks
• 6 Top Sirloin Steaks
• 2 Chuck Steaks
• 3 x Roasts 2-4lbs 
• 2-3lbs of Beef Ribs 
• 3 Cross Cut Shanks
• 4 x 1lb packs of stew beef 
• 15 x 1lb packs of ground beef (85/15 ratio)
• 3 x Rosemary Pepper Beef Sausages (5 sausages per pack)
• 3 x Cheddar & Onion Beef Sausages (5 sausages per pack)
• 1 bag of beef soup bones
