Quarter, Half or Whole Beef

Our high quality beef is raised by our local farming families in the Okanagan and Shuswap.

The beef is free range, grass fed and grain finished on local grains. Our beef are hormone and antibiotic free.

To secure a quarter, half or whole beef, place a deposit and the amount of the deposit will be taken off your final invoice.

The current turn around time is currently 4-6 weeks from ordering. A cut sheet will be provided to you once a deposit is received. You will be able to chose your preferred cuts from the beef and customize your order. 

Half/Whole Beef Price - $8.25/lb hanging weight.

Half beef has approximate hanging weight total of 350lbs.

With weight of 350lbs hanging at $8.25/lb estimated total cost would be $2,887.50 for a half beef. 

Quarter Beef Price -  $8.75/lb hanging weight.

Quarter beef has approximate hanging weight total of 175lbs.

With weight of 175lbs hanging at $8.75/lb estimated total cost would be $1,531.25 for a quarter beef.

Amazing Beef and Service!

We looked at a few other places but Yankee Flats had the best price and highest quality beef. Plus the vacuum sealed everything and we were very impressed with how quickly we had it in our freezer. We won't hesitate to order again!

Fantastic quality

From the first call to the very end, everyone we talked to was fantastic to deal with. I had initially called to get info about their process and they took the time to explain each detail and how their process works without rushing off the phone. The timeline to get our full cow was precise and what they had quoted, which was very quick. The small discrepancy that did come up was told to us upfront and they went above and beyond to make it right. Finally, the quality of meat is fantastic and the cuts were done well.
