Ingredients: Yankee Flats Meats pasture raised chicken breast and thighs (boneless), potatoes, carrots, peas, onion, coconut milk, thai seasoning paste, red curry paste, corn starch, seasoning.
Dairy and gluten free. Made in a nut free kitchen.
Cooking Instructions: Remove lid and cover with tin foil. Bake at 350°F for 40-45mins covered and an additional 5-10mins uncovered.
Best served alongside rice or noodles.
