How much does it cost?
Half lamb price - $11.50/lb hanging weight. No additional butcher fees or taxes.
Whole lamb price - $11.25/lb hanging weight. No additional butcher fees taxes.
*Approx. hanging weight of our WHOLE lamb will be 40-60lbs.
What is included?
We provide standard butcher’s cuts for half/whole lamb which includes:
A mix of roasts,, bone-in chops, rack of lamb, steaks, shanks and ground lamb.
OR fill out your own lamb custom cut sheet to your specifications.
How do I purchase?
- Place your deposit online. The deposit will be subtracted from your final total. The final total will be due at time of pick up, once we know the hanging weight of your lamb.

Can I purchase individual cuts?
We will have limited individual lamb cuts available at our Vernon storefront.
