Our high quality beef is raised by our local farming families in the Okanagan and Shuswap. The beef is free range, grass fed and grain finished. Our beef are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.
How do I purchase?
To secure a quarter, half or whole beef, place a deposit and the amount of the deposit will be taken off your final invoice.
The current turn around time is 4-6 weeks from ordering.

Once you place a deposit online or in person, please fill in the accompanying cut sheet:

Please note that all 1/4's, 1/2's and wholes must be picked up at 3381 Yankee Flats Road.
What is the total cost?
- Half & Whole Beef Price - $9.25/lb x hanging weight.
- Half beef approx. hanging weight = 425-500lbs.
- Quarter Beef Price - $9.75/lb x hanging weight.
- Quarter beef approx. hanging weight = 200-250lbs.
There are NO additional butcher’s fees or taxes.
Final payment of invoice can be made with CASH, CHEQUE, or ETRANSFER to yfmeats@gmail.com
If you wish to pay the final invoice with credit card, there will be a 2% surcharge added to the final amount.
