Quarter, Half or Whole Beef

Our high quality beef is raised by our local farming families in the Okanagan and Shuswap.

The beef is free range, grass fed and grain finished. Our beef are raised without the use of hormones or antibiotics.

How do I purchase?

To secure a quarter, half or whole beef, place a deposit and the amount of the deposit will be taken off your final invoice.

The current turn around time is currently 4-6 weeks from ordering.

What is included?

Once you place a deposit online or in person, please fill out a cut sheet specifying your preferred cuts. Then, send the filled out cut sheet to yfmeats@gmail.com

Please note that 1/4's, 1/2's, and wholes need to be picked up at 3381 Yankee Flats Road.

What is the total cost?

Half & Whole Beef Price - $9.25/lb x hanging weight. There are NO additional butcher's fees or taxes.

Half beef has approximate hanging weight total of 425-500lbs.

Quarter Beef Price -  $9.75/lb x hanging weight. There are NO additional butcher's fees or taxes.

Quarter beef has an approximate hanging weight total of 200-250lbs.

Wow!

I am relatively new to buying bulk beef and I am so pleased! The flavours are amazing and the meat is ‘fall off your fork’ tender! Every package is sealed and clearly labeled. I was able to choose what portions I wanted as well as cuts. I would recommend Yankee Flats any day!

Amazing Beef and Service!

We looked at a few other places but Yankee Flats had the best price and highest quality beef. Plus the vacuum sealed everything and we were very impressed with how quickly we had it in our freezer. We won't hesitate to order again!
