*Please Note: The brisket variation includes a Full-Blood Wagyu brisket and will contain a reduced selection of house-made Wagyu favourites to maintain a comparable overall collection weight and value.

A Note About Wagyu

These collections feature a variety of cuts and portion sizes. While featured steaks such as the ribeye, are larger portions, some cuts may be smaller than traditional beef steaks.

This is intentional. Because of its exceptional marbling and richness, Full-Blood Wagyu is typically enjoyed in smaller portions than conventional beef.

Our goal is to offer a true Full-Blood Wagyu experience by showcasing a wide variety of cuts from across the animal.

• Vernon shop pickup available Friday, June 26 from 2pm-6pm
• Salmon Arm farm pickup available Friday, June 26 from 2pm-5pm
• Delivery available to Kelowna, Lake Country, & West Kelowna on Thursday, June 25 from 4:30-8:30pm
