Choose between two feature collections:

Ribeye Feature – featuring ONE signature Wagyu Ribeye Steak.

Striploin Feature – featuring ONE signature Wagyu Striploin Steak.

Each collection also includes a curated assortment of premium steaks, select cuts, and handcrafted favourites, which may include Wagyu smash burgers, sliders, sausages, meatballs, and more.

Because we believe in utilizing the whole animal, every Tasting Collection is unique. Contents will vary slightly depending on the available cuts from this release, making each collection a one-of-a-kind Wagyu experience.
